Kolesománia has hurtled back
One of our most successful campaigns for COOP Jednota has undoubtedly been the parking chick campaign. The TV advert became a viral hit in 2015 with millions of views online. The COOP Jednota competition returned after a short break, together with the popular campaign. It was complete with the tune from the iconic song The Passenger by Iggy Pop. The only thing we have had to abandon compared to the original campaign was the tree-shaped piece of bacon hanging from the rear-view mirror. This is because a certain anonymous company claims copyright to everything tree-shaped hanging from a rear-view mirror.
And how did the idea with the chick occur to us? As always, we were able to rely on a well-written brief, and the fact that our concept for COOP Jednota has been fine-tuned over a period of years. Kolesománia is a consumer competition to win prizes on wheels, so whoever is lucky enough to win the main prize can swap their old car for a new one. So we produced a simple story from the sheep farm with animals that help the shepherd and his apprentice with the functions of their ancient car, and the job was done.
As usual, we supported the campaign with radio and print adverts. Kolesománia was a success again and the winning wheels rolled out to their new owners.
