Summer holidays with COOP Jednota
COOP Jednota customers are playful, so we decided together with our client to prepare a fun gift for them in the summer. They could get an album and stickers with their shopping. The main goal of the campaign was to increase the value of each visit and to raise awareness of the brand through rewards with added value – a sticker collection album.
The faces of the campaign were the brand’s ambassadors – the shepherd and apprentice. As is typical in these TV adverts, the apprentice understood things in his own way not the shepherd’s way, but everything ended up well. So well, in fact, that the amount of interest in the albums and stickers exceeded all expectations and even two rounds of album reprints ran out by the end of the campaign.
We created a Facebook group called “Animals of Slovakia (COOP Jednota) sticker exchange”, which served as a platform for fans to swap their stickers so it was easier for them to complete their albums. This mechanism prevented many children’s tears, and also their parents tears. In addition to the beautiful album, every customer had a chance to win 5 ski holidays in High Tatras and 1,000 LEGO sets by completing a simple process to register their album code on the microsite.
What is important, though, is that children learned about the most beautiful animals in Slovakia, so the COOP Jednota summer campaign helped educate our children when the schools are closed.
